  • Thirty-one children aged 7-8 were split into two groups: an experimental group that received the intervention and a control group that did not, both engaging in regular physical activities.
  • Results showed that while there were no initial differences in empathy scores, the experimental group showed significant improvement in their empathy abilities after the intervention compared to the control group.
