Objectives: To evaluate long-term renal graft prognosis and the role of rapamycin from a single-center in China over a 30-year follow-up.
Methods: This study enrolled a total of 654 patients who underwent kidney transplantation between 1989 and 2020. The basic characteristics of the included patients were collected.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to detect levels of common lipid species in serum and synovial fluid (SF) of primary knee osteoarthritis (OA) patients and investigate their correlations with disease severity.
Materials And Methods: The study enrolled 184 OA patients receiving arthroscopic debridement or total knee arthroplasty and 180 healthy controls between April 2012 and March 2018. Total triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), and apolipoprotein B (ApoB) levels were analyzed in serum and SF of OA patients, and in serum of healthy individuals.
LncRNAs play a pivotal role in tumorigenesis and development. However, the potential involvement of lncRNAs in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD) needs to be further explored. All the data used in this study were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas database, and all analyses were conducted using R software.
