Polyarteritis nodosa with genital necrosis.

Polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) is a multisystemic disease that is characterized by the presence of necrotizing vasculitis of small and medium-sized blood vessels. Genital compromise is rare. Our patient presented a systemic disease associated to genital signs (penis and scrotum skin necrosis).
