Objective: To alleviate the economic burden of innovative drugs on patients in China, the government has been negotiating drug prices since 2016 to enhance their accessibility. This systematic review aimed to discuss the impact of the National Medication Price Negotiation Policy (NMPNP) on the accessibility of drugs in China in the years 2016-2024.

Design: Systematically reviewed the studies' findings and evaluated their quality using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) collaborative tool.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a prevalent genetic disorder that significantly impairs mobility, particularly in the spine, sacroiliac, and peripheral joints. Recent evidence highlights early involvement of the sternoclavicular joint in SpA, which may serve as an initial indicator. Diagnosis often relies on CT and MRI, neglecting ultrasound's potential in identifying SpA-related sternoclavicular arthritis.

CircRNAs have been shown to be involved in the development of certain diseases, but their application in prehypertension and hypertension remains unclear. We aimed to explore the potential role of circ_0000284 in revealing the molecular regulatory mechanisms of prehypertension and hypertension. We enrolled a total of 100 patients with normal blood pressure, 100 patients with prehypertension and 100 patients with hypertension.

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of grayscale ultrasound (GSUS), power Doppler imaging (PDI), and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) in early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) diagnosis through animal experiments. MATERIAL AND METHODS A rabbit RA model was constructed. The animals were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely, the RA model group and the control group.

The solvothermal reaction of Mn(ii) salts and 5-((4'-(tetrazol-5''-yl)benzyl)oxy)isophthalic acid (H3L) affords an Mn(ii) based coordination polymer Mn(H2L)2(H2O)2 (1), which possesses a one-dimensional (1D) chain structure. Using 1 as the precursor, three Mn(ii) metal-organic frameworks, Mn3L2(2,2'-bpy)2·5H2O (2), Mn3L2(H2O)4 (3), and Mn4L2(HL)(H2O)5·0.5H2O (4), with three-dimensional (3D) networks can be obtained by different strategies of crystal transformation.

BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to assess the interaction between thyroid malignancies and thyroid anterior capsule by ultrasound quantification to determine extra-capsular invasion. MATERIAL AND METHODS A total of 145 patients preoperatively diagnosed with malignant nodules under the thyroid anterior capsule were selected and routinely examined by ultrasound. The length of the nodules (from the junction of the nodule capsule to the deepest point of the nodule, vertical diameter, V) and the distance between the nodule protruding from thyroid capsule and the highest protruding (ledge length, L) nodule were used to obtain the L/V ratio.

Objective: The trigeminal root entry zone (TREZ) is a transitional zone between the central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral nervous system (PNS), adjacent to the brainstem. Microvascular compression of the TREZ has been considered to be the primary etiology in most cases of trigeminal neuralgia (TN), but whether epigenetic regulation is involved in the pathogenesis of TN is still unclear. Therefore, this study was designed to investigate the epigenetic regulation of histone H3 acetylation in the TREZ in an animal model of TN.
