OpenAI's Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), have demonstrated potential to aid in data analysis.

Introduction: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) presents a formidable challenge in oncology, demanding innovative treatment approaches. Both adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapies, thanks to the introduction of immunotherapy, have emerged as promising strategies in the management of HCC, aiming to reduce the risk of relapse and ultimately to improve survival.

Areas Covered: This review considers current evidence, ongoing clinical trials, and future strategies to elucidate the evolving landscape of neoadjuvant and adjuvant treatments in HCC.

The present study aimed to test if both L1 and L2 can be the source of CLI, and whether they influence L3 learning in similar or different ways. In particular, we aimed to add to our knowledge of the neural correlates of CLI by conducting an exploratory EEG study to investigate how L1 and L2 CLI affect L3 neural processing.

In our cohort of 35 paediatric patients with recalcitrant warts, 68.6% (24/35) demonstrated complete resolution after an average of three microwave treatment sessions.

Aim: This study aims to compare the efficacy and safety of combined phacoemulsification with iStent inject (Phaco-iStent) and Hydrus microstent (Phaco-Hydrus).

Methods: This was a retrospective comparative study of patients who underwent Phaco-iStent from April 2019 to August 2020 and Phaco-Hydrus from August 2019 to December 2020 at a tertiary eye centre in Singapore. Sixty-nine Phaco-iStent eyes and 49 Phaco-Hydrus eyes were included in this study.

In this paper, we present the Repository of Third Language (L3) Spoken Narratives from Modern Language Learners in Hong Kong (L3HK Repository). This database contains 906 audio recordings and annotated transcripts of spoken narratives in French, German, and Spanish that were elicited from Cantonese-speaking (L1) young adults using a wordless picture book, "Frog, Where Are You?".

Methods: An international, multicenter, retrospective, cohort study, including consecutive patients undergoing RDP and LDP for resectable pancreatic cancer in 33 experienced centers from 11 countries (2010-2019). The primary outcome was R0-resection.

At present, there is little understanding of how the detachment occurs or how it is abrogated by the TNF-α inhibitor etanercept, an effective SJS/TEN treatment. RNA sequencing was used to identify upregulated transcripts in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded SJS/TEN skin biopsies.

Reference production in Mandarin-English bilingual preschoolers: Linguistic, input, and cognitive factors.

Reference in extended discourse is vulnerable to delayed acquisition in early childhood. Although recent research has increasingly focused on effects of linguistic, input, and cognitive factors on reference production, these studies are limited in number and the results are mixed. The present study provides insight into bilingual reference production by investigating how production of referring expressions in the two languages of preschool bilingual children may be influenced by structural similarities and differences between the languages, frequency of referring expressions in maternal input, amount of exposure to each of the languages, and working memory capacity.

Comprehension of Prosodically and Syntactically Marked Focus in Cantonese-Speaking Children With and Without Autism Spectrum Disorder.

This study investigated the comprehension of prosodically and syntactically marked focus by 5- to 8-year-old Cantonese-speaking children with and without autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Children listened to question-answer dialogues while looking at pictures depicting the scenarios, and judged whether the answers were correct responses to the questions. The results showed that children with ASD exhibited typically developing (TD)-like performance in the use of syntactic cues to understand focus, although they were significantly slower than their TD peers.

Maximizing the number of payloads delivered per antibody is one key way in which delivery efficiency can be improved, although this has been challenging to carry out; with few exceptions, increasing the drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) above ∼4 typically destroys the biophysical properties and efficacy for ADCs.

Methods: Pilot, cohort, observational studies, and randomised controlled trials that included at least ten patients undergoing ab interno or externo XEN45 surgery, with or without phacoemulsification were deemed eligible for inclusion.

Physiological adaptations affecting drug pharmacokinetics in space: what do we really know? A critical review of the literature.

As human spaceflight progresses with extended mission durations, the demand for effective and safe drugs will necessarily increase. To date, the accepted medications used during missions (for space motion sickness, sleep disturbances, allergies, pain, and sinus congestion) are administered under the assumption that they act as safely and efficaciously as on Earth. However, physiological changes have been documented in human subjects in spaceflight involving fluid shifts, muscle and bone loss, immune system dysregulation, and adjustments in the gastrointestinal tract and metabolism.
