Aiming at the demagnetization fault problem of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a demagnetization fault diagnosis method based on the combination of the principal component analysis (PCA) algorithm, the improved sparrow search algorithm (ISSA), and the probabilistic neural network (PNN) algorithm is proposed. First, the principal components of phase currents are extracted using PCA. Second, ISSA is used to optimize the smoothing coefficients of the PNN algorithm, and the optimized PNN algorithm is combined with PCA to obtain the PCA-ISSA-PNN fault diagnosis model.

This paper proposes a distributed synchronization control method and an accelerated backstepping tracking control scheme for the multi-motor driving system (MMDS). In the first step, we create a dynamic model of the MMDS with complex nonlinear dynamics, encompassing elements such as the dead zone, frictions, and disturbances. Next, in order to tackle the challenge of load tracking, we fuse a speed function, a cosine barrier function, a second-order tracking differentiator (TD), and a disturbance compensator into the backstepping approach.

A hard issue in the field of microrobots is path planning in complicated situations with dense obstacle distribution. Although the Dynamic Window Approach (DWA) is a good obstacle avoidance planning algorithm, it struggles to adapt to complex situations and has a low success rate when planning in densely populated obstacle locations. This paper suggests a multi-module enhanced DWA (MEDWA) obstacle avoidance planning algorithm to address the aforementioned issues.

Background: The effects of the glycoprotein IIb/IIIa receptor inhibitor tirofiban in patients with acute ischemic stroke but who have no evidence of complete occlusion of large or medium-sized vessels have not been extensively studied.

Methods: In a multicenter trial in China, we enrolled patients with ischemic stroke without occlusion of large or medium-sized vessels and with a National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score of 5 or more and at least one moderately to severely weak limb. Eligible patients had any of four clinical presentations: ineligible for thrombolysis or thrombectomy and within 24 hours after the patient was last known to be well; progression of stroke symptoms 24 to 96 hours after onset; early neurologic deterioration after thrombolysis; or thrombolysis with no improvement at 4 to 24 hours.

Importance: Endovascular therapy (EVT) has been reported to be safe and effective in improving clinical outcomes among patients with acute basilar artery occlusion (ABAO). The benefits associated with EVT remain uncertain for patients with ABAO with severe symptoms (ie, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale [NIHSS] score ≥ 21).
