This paper presents an innovative fusion model called "CALSE-LSTM," which integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Long Short-Term Memory Networks (LSTMs), self-attention mechanisms, and squeeze-and-excitation attention mechanisms to optimize the estimation accuracy of the State of Charge (SoC). The model incorporates battery historical data as input and employs a dual-attention mechanism based on CNN-LSTM to extract diverse features from the input data, thereby enhancing the model's ability to learn hidden information. To further improve model performance, we fine-tune the model parameters using the Pelican algorithm.

Taste perception is one of the important senses in mammals. Taste dysfunction causes significant inconvenience in daily life, leading to subhealth and even life-threatening condition. Aging is a major cause to taste dysfunction, while the underlying feature related to gustatory aging is still not known.

Objective: Differentiating 2 types of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) is important for the treatment. The current diagnostic methods using single indicators, including peripheral blood eosinophils and traditional sinus computed tomography (CT) scores, are not accurate. In this study, we aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of combining peripheral blood eosinophils and improved sinus CT scores for eosinophic chronic rhinosinusitis (ECRS).

Development and design of anti-influenza drugs with novel mechanisms is of great significance to combat the ongoing threat of influenza A virus (IAV). Hemagglutinin (HA) is regarded as a potential target for the therapy of IAV. Our previous research led to the discovery of penindolone (PND), a new diclavatol indole adduct, as an HA targeting leading compound exhibited anti-IAV activity.

An optimized aerobic-based treatment method that effectively removes antibiotics and retains ammonia is urgently needed for the field-return-based management of livestock wastewater. Allylthiourea (ATU, used for BOD determination), and 2-chloro-6-trichloromethylpyridine (TCMP) and 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate (DMPP) (commonly used as nitrogen fertilizer synergists) were separately added to sequencing batch reactors (SBRs), in order to investigate their effect on nitrification inhibition and pollutant removal for livestock wastewater treatment. The laboratory test shows that the daily addition of 43.

A prevalent group of disinfection by-products (DBPs), , haloacetic acids (HAAs), have raised significant public concern due to their high frequency of occurrence, considerable concentrations and potent toxicity. This study investigated the environmental occurrence of HAAs and the corresponding predicted human exposure to two important water matrices where humans are frequently and long-term exposed, , swimming pool waters (SPWs) and drinking waters (DWs), in Shanghai, China. The sum of five HAAs in SPWs was 241 μg L on average (dominated by dichloroacetic acid (DCAA) and trichloroacetic acid (TCAA)), four times as much as its maximum contaminant level (MCL) regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in DWs.

The ozone variation led by biomass burning in Spring 2000 over South East Asia and South of China region was simulated with a combined regional climate model and atomospheric chemical model. It was found that ozone was added by the pollutant of biomass burning both over source area and down wind area. The ozone of lower troposphere was affected by the pollutant over source area, so did the ozone in middle troposphere over down wind area.
