This study develops monthly climate policy uncertainty (CPU) indexes for 21 economies and three global CPU indexes to evaluate their effects on the long-term sovereign and green bond volatilities and the long-term sovereign-green bond correlation. Findings show significant increases in the CPU indexes during key climate policy events. Using the extended GARCH-MIDAS-CPU and DCC-MIDAS-CPU models, it finds that CPU significantly affects sovereign bond volatility following the Paris Agreement.

Various proinflammatory factors secreted by macrophages and the elevated ROS by inflammatory cells are deeply intertwined and together contribute to joint damage. Targeted and sustained anti-inflammation and antioxidation strategies are needed for RA treatment.

However, a proportion of adipose tissue also functions as a thermogenic organ, contributing to the inhibition of weight gain and prevention of metabolic diseases. In recent years, there has been significant progress in the study of thermogenic fats, particularly brown adipose tissue (BAT).

Objective: To compare the effectiveness of three surgical methods in the treatment of Pauwels type Ⅲ femoral neck fracture in young and middle-aged patients, in order to provide reference for clinical selection of appropriate surgical methods.
Methods: The clinical data of 103 patients with Pauwels type Ⅲ femoral neck fracture who met the selection criteria between June 2018 and December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. The fractures were fixed with hollow screws in an inverted triangular shape (37 cases, hollow screw group), hollow screws in an inverted triangular shape combined with eccentric shaft screw (34 cases, eccentric shaft screw group), and hollow screws in an inverted triangular shape combined with medial support plate (32 cases, support plate group).

Inflammation contributes to the immunosuppressive microenvironment and leads to the recurrence of surgically resected tumors. The COX-2/PGE2 axis is considered a key player in shaping the immunosuppression microenvironment. However, targeted modulation of the postoperative tumor microenvironment is challenging.

Increasing evidence suggests that circRNAs play an important regulatory role in skeletal muscle development and meat quality regulation. In this study, it was found that circGUCY2C exhibits a high expression level in the longissimus dorsi muscle.

However, its molecular mechanism, particularly the DNA-binding sites, and coregulatory genes are quite unexplored. Therefore, to identify the genome-wide binding sites of the transcription factors and their coregulatory genes, chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing was carried out.

The index is extracted using principal component analysis (PCA), but the results are similar by using the equal-weighted average method. Compared with 14 traditional macroeconomic predictors, CCA performs the best and provides complementary information when added into bivariate and multivariate macro predictive models.

Intramuscular fat (IMF) content is one of the most important factors affecting pork quality. Many experimental studies have shown that IMF content is closely related to the flavor, tenderness, and juiciness of pork.

In this study, we used MeRIP-Seq and RNA-Seq of the longissimus dorsi (LD) muscle of adult (QA) and newborn (QN) Queshan Black pigs to screen key genes with mA modification involved in muscle growth by bioinformatics analysis.
Results: A total of 23,445 and 25,465 mA peaks were found in the whole genomes of QA and QN, respectively.
Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) participates in the regulation of various biological processes, but its function and characteristics in intramuscular fat (IMF) deposition in different breeds of pigs have not been fully understood. IMF content is one of the important factors affecting pork quality. In the present study, the differentially expressed lncRNAs (DE lncRNAs) and their target genes were screened by comparing Queshan Black (QS) and Large White (LW) pigs based on RNA-seq.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA miRNA-mRNA combination analysis was performed on the longissimus dorsi muscle of adult Queshan Black and Large White pigs by RNA-seq technology to reveal the molecular mechanism affecting pork quality traits. The sequencing results showed that 39 miRNAs were differentially expressed between Queshan Black and Large White pigs, which targeted 5234 mRNAs, and 15 differentially expressed miRNAs targeted 86 differentially expressed mRNAs. The qRT-PCR results showed that miRNAs showed similar expression patterns to RNA-seq.

Inhibiting cellular oxygen consumption and reducing cellular ATP production are expected to enhance PDT. In this study, we used deoxycholic acid and fucoidan to prepare inflammation-targeting nanomicelles (FD), because fucoidan can target inflammation due to its high binding affinity for P-selectin. The hydrophobic anti-inflammatory drug cannabidiol (CBD) was then loaded into the hydrophobic core of FD.

Objective: R6G-ddATP was used as a dideoxy fluorescence substrate to establish the single base end extension (SNaPShot)-gel fluorescence method for the rapid detection of the genotypes of three high-risk human papillomaviruses (HR-HPV) ( 18, 33 and 35) genotypes.
Methods: HPV quality control products were used as as samples, and R6G-ddATP dideoxy fluorescence reagent was used as substrate. Firstly, HPV was amplified by using universal primers to obtain the first round of amplified products, which were purified and used as templates for subsequent SNaPShot reactions.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common tumor malignances with poor chemotherapeutic efficiency due to chemoresistance.
