2D semiconductors show promise as a competitive candidate for developing future integrated circuits due to their immunity to short-channel effects and high carrier mobility at atomic layer thicknesses. The inherent defects and Fermi level pinning effect lead to n-type transport characteristics in most 2D semiconductors, while unstable and unsustainable p-type doping by various strategies hinders their application in many areas, such as complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) devices. In this study, an intralayer/interlayer codoping strategy is introduced that stabilizes p-type doping in 2D semiconductors.

To ascertain the optimal performance of CTS/ZMS, a custom central composite design (CCD) was utilised to assess the operational parameters (dosage and contact time) of CTS/ZMS composites. Batch experiments were carried out to determine the removal efficiency and adsorption capacity across varying pH values (3-12) and temperatures (5 °C to 30 °C).

Integrating π-conjugated groups with large polarizable anisotropy into target compounds is a common strategy for constructing brilliant birefringent crystals. However, the key problem is to enhance the density of the birefringence-active units and further arrange them parallelly.

The aim of this study was to elucidate the molecular mechanism by which acyl-CoA thioesterase 7 (ACOT7) regulates FA metabolism and autophagy, which may lead to potential therapeutic strategies for RB. In the present study, the relationship between FA metabolism and cellular drug sensitivity was evaluated through ACOT7 overexpression or inhibition tests in RB-resistant cells.

Previous studies have shown that the hepatotoxicity of Bap is mainly caused by its metabolites, although it remains unclear whether Bap itself induces such damage. This study integrated metabolomics and chemical proteomics approaches to comprehensively identify the potential target proteins affected by Bap in liver cells.

The comprehensive roles of VBF in CRC through systems biology and metabolomics approaches have been rarely investigated.
Aims Of The Study: The study sought to uncover the potential underlying mechanisms of VBF's anti-cancer effects by investigating the impact of VBF on cellular metabolic balance.
The prediction accuracy of calibration models for near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy typically relies on the morphology and homogeneity of the samples. To achieve non-homogeneous tobacco samples for non-destructive and rapid analysis, a method that can predict tobacco filament samples using reliable models based on the corresponding tobacco powder is proposed here. First, as it is necessary to establish a simple and robust calibrated model with excellent performance, based on full-wavelength PLSR (Full-PLSR), the key feature variables were screened by three methods, namely competitive adaptive reweighted sampling (CARS), variable combination population analysis-iteratively retaining informative variables (VCPA-IRIV), and variable combination population analysis-genetic algorithm (VCPA-GA).
