Background: Intraductal papillary neoplasms (IPNs) often have a similar clinical and imaging presentation, making them difficult to diagnose. We designed this study to refine and compare intraductal papillary neoplasms' clinical and imaging characteristics.
Methods: This study included a total of 154 patients with a postoperative diagnosis of IPNs and collected their clinical, imaging, and pathological data.

Five new isoquinolines (1-5) were isolated from national herb Corydalis tomentella. Their structures were elucidated by extensive analysis of the 1D and 2D NMR spectra and from the HRESIMS. Absolute configurations of 1-3 were determined by comparing their experimental and computed ECD data.

Their planar structures were elucidated by 1D, 2D NMR experiments and high resolution mass spectrometry, and the absolute configurations were determined by NOE experiments, electronic circular dichroism, and specific rotation. Seven isoquinolines exhibited stronger hepatoprotective activities than that of positive control in D-galactosamine induced L02 cells damage model, which could be served as the leading compounds for further investigations.
