Objective: To investigate the effects of loratadine tablets in combination with other drugs on nasal physiological function and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR).

Methods: A total of 120 AR patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and research group. The control group was given mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with loratadine tablets, while the research group was given budesonide combined with loratadine.

We present a 29-year-old female with thyroglossal duct cyst.
