The characteristics of formula milk marketing on health system: a qualitative study from Beijing and Jinan in China.

Background: Breastmilk is widely regarded as the healthiest choice for both infants and mothers due to its numerous advantages over formula, such as higher concentrations of essential nutrients and antibodies, easier digestion, and superior taste. The World Health Organization International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes was adopted over 40 years ago to mitigate the effects of infant formula marketing on a woman's decision to breastfeed. Yet, the commercial formula milk industry has continued to market their products aggressively and through an increasing variety of social media channels.

Exploring the therapeutic potential of "Tianyu" medicine pair in rheumatoid arthritis: an integrated study combining LC-MS/MS, bioinformatics, network pharmacology, and experimental validation.

Background: Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a widespread chronic autoimmune disease that primarily causes joint inflammation and damage. In advanced stages, RA can result in joint deformities and loss of function, severely impacting patients' quality of life. The "Tianyu" pair (TYP) is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation developed from clinical experience and has shown some effectiveness in treating RA.

Activation of the Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 Pathway by "Tianyu" Pairing: Implications for Inflammation and Oxidative Stress in Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the impact of "Tianyu" Pairing on oxidative stress in the development of Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and approach its potential mechanism using cell experiments.

Methods: A cell model of RA was developed by stimulating rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast-like synoviocytes (RA-FLS) with tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). This model aimed to assess the impact of serum containing Rhodiola rosea-Euonymus alatus drug pair (TYP) on inflammation and oxidative stress in the development of RA, specifically through the Keap1/Nrf2/HO-1 pathway.

Mechanism of Rhodiola rosea-Euonymus alatus drug pair against rheumatoid arthritis: Network pharmacology and experimental validation.

Purpose: The present study aimed to explore the potential components and mechanisms of Rhodiola rosea-Euonymus alatus drug pair (TY) that ameliorate rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Methods: The main active components, core targets, and important pathways of TY against RA were predicted by network pharmacology analysis. The binding activity between the main active components and the core targets was verified by the molecular docking technique.

Background: Danggui Buxue Decoction (DBD) is a traditional Chinese medicine prescription, which has the functions of benefiting Qi, generating blood and regulating the immune system. At present, various clinical reports suggest that DBD has some efficacy in Rheumatoid arthritis (RA), but its mechanism of action is still unclear. Thus, the present study explored mechanism of this preparation on RA.

A pilot study of Kangaroo mother care in early essential newborn care in resource-limited areas of China: the facilitators and barriers to implementation.

Background: Implementation of Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) in resource-limited areas of China may face unique barriers, such as a lack of resources, geographic location and more traditional culture among others. This qualitative study analyses the facilitators and barriers to implementing KMC in county-level health facilities in resource-limited areas of China for the promotion of KMC on a larger scale.

Methods: Participants from 4 of the 18 pilot counties where early essential newborn care was implemented through the Safe Neonatal Project and 4 control counties not enrolled in Safe Neonatal Project were selected using purposive sampling.

We explored whether transforming growth factor (TGF-β)/Smads signaling pathway influences rheumatoid arthritis (RA)-associated pulmonary fibrosis (PF) and proliferation of RA synovial fibroblast (RA-SF).
