The patient is a 10-month and 21-day-old girl who began to show developmental delays at 3 months of age, with severe language developmental disorders, stereotyped movements, and easily provoked laughter. The relationship of beat-to-beat blood pressure variability (BPV) with prognosis after mechanical thrombectomy (MT) is unclear. Consecutive patients with acute ischemic stroke with large vessel occlusion treated with and without MT matched 1:1 by age, sex, and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale were included. In this study we used a spatial transcriptomics approach to identify genes specifically associated with either high or low outflow regions in the trabecular meshwork (TM) that could potentially affect aqueous humor outflow in vivo. High and low outflow regions were identified and isolated from organ cultured human anterior segments perfused with fluorescently-labeled 200 nm FluoSpheres.
