Their fluxes and δC values were measured in unvegetated tidal flat, low and medium vegetation coverage areas of the salt marsh wetlands along the south shore of Hangzhou Bay about a month after harvest. In this work, two energetic compounds 5-(3-iminio-6-nitro-3H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-][1,2,4]triazol-2(7)-yl)tetrazol-1-ide () and 3-nitro-7-(2-tetrazol-5-yl)-7-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-][1,2,4]triazol-6-amine () were successfully synthesized from the same compound 3,6,7-triamino-7-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-][1,2,4]triazolium (). Both compounds contain three explosophores, amino, nitro, and tetrazole, on the fused ring. Through different functional group arrangements, possesses higher density and good thermal stability.

Most patients with metastatic prostate cancer eventually develop resistance to primary androgen deprivation therapy. To identify predictive biomarker for Abiraterone acetate/prednisone resistance, we screened alternative splice variants between responders and non-responders from the PROMOTE clinical study and pinned down the most significant variant, CENPK-delta8. Through preclinical patient-derived mouse xenograft (PDX) and 3D organoids obtained from responders and non-responders, as well as in vitro models, aberrant CENPK-delta8 expression was determined to link to drug resistance via enhanced migration and proliferation.
