Heterogeneous photocatalysts, characterized by well-defined atomic structures and the capacity for rapid, directional electron transfer, are pivotal in the exploration and development of highly efficient systems for visible-light-driven diluted CO reduction. Herein, we constructed highly reduced phosphomolybdates crystalline materials - to help this process, with the formula of [Co(CNH)][Co(CNH)(HO)][Co(HPMoO)]·8HO (), [Ni(CNH)(HO)][Ni(CNH)][Ni(HO)][Ni(HPMoO)]·3HO·2CHOH (), and [Zn(CNH)][Zn(CNH)][Zn(CNH)(HO)][Zn(HPMoO)] () [CNH = 2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine]. Specifically, catalyst demonstrated a CO production rate of 3276.

Photocatalytic carbon dioxide (CO) reduction to value-added chemicals is a multielectron transfer process, and the crucial step is the synthesis of photocatalysts. The introduction of small conjugated organic ligands can make the catalytic active site of the compound easier to be exposed in the reaction system and fully contact with the substrate, accelerating the photocatalytic reaction process. In this paper, we synthesized two isomorphic compounds, namely, {[Co(mtrz)·(HO)]·[SiWO]}·6HO () and {[Ni(mtrz)·(HO)]·[SiWO]}·6HO () (mtrz = 1-methyl-1,2,4-triazole).

Objective: To investigate the quality and efficacy of remote at-home rehabilitation for patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD) using personalized smart voice-based electronic prescription, and further explore the standardized health management mode of remote family cardiac rehabilitation. Trial design: A multicenter, randomized (1:1), non-blind, parallel controlled study.

Methods: A total of 171 patients with CVD who were admitted to 18 medical institutions in China from April 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into a treatment group (86 cases) and a control group (85 cases) in a non-blinded experiment, based on the sequence of enrollment.

In the field of recycling CO, the photocatalytic CO reduction reaction (CORR) is a typical example, and researchers have designed a variety of photocatalysts to improve the conversion rate of CO over the years. In this paper, two metal-oxygen clusters are designed and formulated as [CoZn(OH)(SO)]·4HO () and [NiZn(OH)(SO)]·4HO (). As for compound , the main structure is composed of {CoO} octahedra connected by edge-sharing to form a two-dimensional layer, on which {ZnO} and {SO} tetrahedra are supported.

Hydrogen energy is a renewable and clean source, which makes a great difference in future sustainable energy systems. Visible-light-driven photocatalysis reaction involves harnessing the abundance of sunlight for hydrogen production among many catalytic technologies. However, the fabrication of photocatalysts that have distinctive performance in visible light is still the primary challenge.

Sulfur oxides from the combustion of petrol and excessive emissions of carbon dioxide (CO) are currently the main causes of environmental pollution. Considerable interest has been paid to solving the challenge, and catalytic reactions seem to be the desired choice. Due to the high density of Lewis acid active sites, polyoxometalates are considered to be the ideal choice for these catalytic reactions.

Carbon dioxide (CO) and the combustion of sulfide in gasoline are the main causes of air pollution. A great deal of attention has been paid to solving the problem and the catalytic reaction seems to be a decent choice. Due to the high-density of Lewis acidic active sites, polyoxometalates are undoubtedly an ideal choice for the sulfur oxidation reaction.

Objective: To determine whether polymorphisms in interleukin-1B gene promoter -31 and exon 5 +3953 loci are associated with coronary heart diseases (CHD) in Chengdu Han population.

Methods: Two SNPs of IL-1B gene (+3953C/T and -31T/C) in 100 patients with CHD (CHD group) and 144 healthy controls in Chengdu were analysed using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP).

Results: Two genotypes at IL-1B + 3953 locus (CC and CT) and 3 genotypes at IL-1B -31 locus (CC, TC and TT) were identified.

Objective: To study the gene polymorphisms of position --2123 C/G,--1969 G/A,--1817 T/C in promoter region and of Thr715Pro in exon thirteenth of P-selectin in the Chinese Han of Chengdu and Thai populations, and simultaneously to compare distributions of genotype and allelic frequencies of P-selectins among different races. Methods The genotypes and allele frequencies of the P-selectin base --2123 C/G,--1969 G/A,-1817 T/C and amino acid Thr715Pro were detected by polymerase chain reaction -restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to 120 healthy Chinese Han of Chengdu and 110 Thai population.

Results: There were no significant differences in the genotype and allele distribution of--2123 C/G,--1969 G/A,--1817 T/C polymorphisms for the P-selectin gene between Chinese Han of Chengdu and Thai populations (P > 0.

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of several human malignancies including B lymphomas and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The EBV R transactivator (Rta) has been found to play essential roles in stimulating a lytic cycle and viral gene expression. Recently, it was shown that ELISA detecting serum IgG-Rta(150+185) (two internal fragments of Rta) levels may be useful as a serological parameter to assist in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Background: Nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) is multifactorial, and the genetic background may be a crucial etiologic factor. Transforming growth factor-beta1 (TGF-beta1) is a multifunctional cytokine, it promotes tumor growth and metastasis in later stages of phase of cancer development. Variations in the DNA sequence in the TGF-beta1 gene may lead to altered TGF-beta1 production and/or activity, and so this can modulate an individual's susceptibility to NPC.

Objective: To investigate the expression of HIF1-alpha in heart and lung tissue died from asphyxia.

Methods: The rats model of asphyxia death was constructed by hanging, different asphyxia groups and control group sets were made according the postmortem time (0,2,6,24 h), immunohistochemistry and half-quantitative RT-PCR methods were used to investigate expression of HIF1-alpha and mRNA changes on heart and lung tissue.

Results: The positive staining of HIF1-alpha could be observed in the myocardium and lung tissue.
