Cuproptosis is a form of cell death caused by intracellular copper excess, which plays an important regulatory role in the development and progression of cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), a prevalent malignancy with high morbidity and mortality. This study aimed to create a cuproptosis associated long non-coding RNAs (CAlncRNAs)signature to predict HCC patient survival and immunotherapy response. Firstly, we identified 509 CAlncRNAs using Pearson correlation analysis in The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) datasets, before the three CAlncRNAs (MKLN1-AS, FOXD2-AS1, LINC02870) with the most prognostic value were further screened.

Methods The model of viral myocarditis mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of Coxsackie virus B3. Serum exosomes were extracted by serum exosome extraction kit and co-cultured with cardiomyocytes.

Long ncRNAs often stay in the cytoplasm, modulating post-transcriptional gene expression. Briefly, miRNA binds with the target mRNA and builds a miRNA-induced silencing complex to silence the transcripts or prevent their translation.

Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) and macrophages are tissue-resident cells that play important roles in tissue-immune homeostasis and immune regulation. ILCs are mainly distributed on the barrier surfaces of mammals to ensure immunity or tissue homeostasis following host, microbial, or environmental stimulation. Their complex relationships with different organs enable them to respond quickly to disturbances in environmental conditions and organ homeostasis, such as during infections and tissue damage.
