Objective: Congenital heart disease (CHD) is a condition that can significantly impact health-related quality of life due to the need for long-term follow-up and treatment. The purpose of this study was to analyse the quality of life of children diagnosed with CHD and to assess the relationship between the disease and their physical and mental well-being.

Materials And Methods: The study involved 180 patients and 180 healthy controls.

Background: Persimmon (Diospyros kaki L.) belongs to the Ebenaceae family, which includes six genera and about 400 species. This study evaluated the genetic diversity of 100 persimmon accessions from Hatay province, Türkiye using 42 morphological and pomological traits, along with inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers and multivariate analysis.

Methods: It is a mixed-design study using quantitative and qualitative methods. The "student information form" and the "Attitudes toward Patient Safety Culture Questionnaire (APSQ)" created using "Google Forms" were e-mailed to clinical students of the medical faculty.

This study was carried out to determine the relationship between the level of conscientious intelligence and human values among health workers. This study is a cross-sectional study using quantitative measures. A questionnaire constructed with scales whose validity and reliability were previously conducted was used.

Diagnosis, Approach, and Clinical Classification of Idiopathic Granulomatous Mastitis: Consensus Report.

Objective: The aim of the idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (IGM) consensus study was to evaluate the etiology, diagnostic steps, and differential diagnosis and propose a widely accepted clinical classification of this mysterious breast disease.

Method: The organization of a national IGM consensus was decided by the joint evaluation of the Turkish Federation of Breast Diseases Societies, SENATURK, and the Society of Breast Surgery. First, a working group of 11 members was formed, and a survey and workshop were organized to reach a common consensus.

Percutaneous Aspiration Injection and Re-aspiration as A Minimally Invasive Treatment for Spinal Cystic Echinococcosis: A Case Report.

Cystic echinococcosis is a parasitic disease with significant importance for public health in endemic regions. Spinal cystic echinococcosis, however, is a rare form that may lead to severe complications due to its localization. In this manuscript, we presented a 16-year-old male patient who admitted with abdominal and back edema for 2 months, evaluated with preliminary diagnoses of Pott's abscess and malignant mass, subsequently diagnosed with spinal cystic echinococcosis.

Rare Breast Emergency: A Case of Necrotizing Fasciitis of the Breast in a Lactating Patient.

Methods: In total 210 specimens were prepared, consisting of CAD-CAM feldspathic (FC), zirconia-reinforced lithium disilicate ceramic (ZLS) and hybrid ceramic (HC). The ceramic specimens were divided according to the polishing methods of glazing (GLA) and mechanical polishing (POL).

Background: The aim of this study was to compare postoperative pain following total pulpotomy (TP) and root canal treatment (RCT) in mature molar teeth with irreversible pulpitis. To compare the traditional pulpitis classification system with the Wolters system in evaluating postoperative pain.

Obstacles to Compliance and Implementation of ERAS Protocol From Nursing Perspective: A Qualitative Study.

Purpose: Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) is a concept that covers evidence-based practices and requires multidisciplinary teamwork, and nurses play a key role in this team. This qualitative research is conducted to describe the experiences of nurses implementing ERAS and the obstacles they encounter in practice.

Design: This research was conducted using the phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research designs.

Background: The main complications seen in patients who have undergone modified radical mastectomy (MRM) are seroma, surgical site infection, hematoma, wound dehiscence, flap necrosis, and nerve damage. While these complications lead to some problems the most feared effect in the early period is that they cause a delay in adjuvant treatment. Incisional Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (iNPWT) decreases wound dehiscence by reducing oedema and tension, especially in the incision line.

In this context, 18 studies related to asthma, COPD and artificial intelligence were evaluated.

A total of 454 participants were subjected to survey including health literacy scale, the digital literacy scale, and the demographic information form. Participants were divided into 2 groups as emergency medicine service (EMS) history (n = 269) and no EMS history (n = 185) groups.
