ADAM9 Mediates Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Progression via AKT/NF-κB Pathway.

Upregulation of a disintegrin and metalloprotease 9 (ADAM9) is correlated with progression of cancers, such as prostate, bladder, and pancreatic cancers. However, its role in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is still unclear. Our study aimed to investigate whether ADAM9 is upregulated and promoted the aggressiveness in TNBC.

Myxoid Spindle Cell Sarcoma With Fusion: Expanding the Morphologic Spectrum of -Rearranged Tumors.

Neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase ()-rearranged spindle cell neoplasm is a recently described soft tissue tumor entity that occurs predominantly in children and young adults. The diagnosis of this tumor is difficult due to the nonspecific and highly variable morphology, yet it is of clinical relevance because of the availability of highly effective TRK inhibitors. In this article, we report the case of a 40-year-old female who presented with a mass in the left calf.
