Mitochondria are the most important energy supply centers in the cell, the changes in function and structure are implicated in many diseases. Among them, Aβ peptide, one of the targets of Alzheimer's disease, is closely related to mitochondrial autophagy, during the process of mitochondrial autophagy, the mitochondrial matrix will undergo acidification and the pH will be obviously reduced. Herein, a quinolinium-based NIR fluorescent probe QM12 was rationally designed and synthesized for the simultaneous imaging of Aβ aggregates and mitochondrial pH with different emission readout.

Based on our preliminary investigation, DUSP1 was identified as a potential biomarker for endometrial carcinoma prognosis, but its function and mechanism remained unclear. In this study, genes highly correlated with DUSP1 in endometrial cancer were found through correlation analysis, and the promoter sequence of DUSP1 was analyzed by PROMO program.

Fertility-sparing therapy with progestin is a treatment option for EEC or endometrial atypical hyperplasia (AH). The present study evaluated the role of numerous prognostic factors following fertility-sparing therapy for EEC or AH.

Methods: A retrospective analysis of 59 patients with EEC or EAH/EIN who received fertility-sparing therapy between 2013 and 2021 was performed. For each patient, medical records and pathological reports were reviewed.
Objective: To investigate the relationship between immunohistochemical characteristics and recurrence after complete remission (CR) with fertility preservation treatment in patients with endometrial cancer (EC) and endometrial atypical hyperplasia (AH).
Methods: The clinical data and immunohistochemical results of 53 patients with EC and 68 patients with AH admitted to Peking University People's Hospital from January 2010 to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups according to whether recurrence after complete remission (CR): group 1: recurrence after CR; group 2: no recurrence after CR, for statistical analysis.
Diabetes is closely related to the occurrence of endometrial cancer (EC) and its poor prognosis. However, there is no effective clinical treatment for EC patients with diabetes (patient ). To explore new therapeutic targets, Ishikawa is cultured with high glucose (Ishikawa ) mimicking hyperglycemia in patient .

Methods: We performed a retrospectively analysis of 109 young women with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and early endometrioid endometrial cancer who had received complete response after fertility-preserving treatment at 5centers between May 2005 and March 2021. Maintenance therapy regimes included low-dose oral progesterone, levonorgestrel intrauterine device(LNG-IUD) and combination oral contraceptive (COC).
Objective: A number of patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer have not yet given birth when they relapse after achieving complete response with initial fertility-preserving treatment. Often such patients still have a strong desire for fertility preservation; however, there are limited reports in the related literature on the efficacy of fertility-preserving retreatment in patients with relapse. This study intends to evaluate the safety and efficacy of fertility-preserving retreatment in patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial cancer after recurrence following initial fertility-preserving treatment.

There is no apparent consensus on the optimal implant type for these injuries. We developed a modified dynamic hip screw (DHS), which was designed to a cage in the lag screw, loaded with autologous bone graft for the treatment of Pauwels type-3 vertical femoral neck fractures.
