Background: Perinatal depression is a major global public health problem, but the onset and progression of symptoms that give rise to perinatal depression are less clear in the scientific literature.
Methods: This study followed 1210 Chinese pregnant women who completed the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale at five time points: 13, 24, and 37 weeks of gestation (G13, G24, G37), and 1 and 6 weeks postpartum (W1, W6). Cross-lagged panel networks were used to analyze and compare networks from first to second trimester (G13 → G24), second to third trimester (G24 → G37), and one week to six weeks postpartum (W1 → W6).

The STK11 gene mutation is a common genetic alteration in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and is significantly associated with poor responses to current immunotherapy regimens. Despite its prevalence, there is currently no established standard for front-line treatment in this subtype of NSCLC, underscoring the increasing need for personalized therapeutic strategies. Recent Findings: Studies demonstrate that early ART initiation leads to smaller HIV reservoirs and delayed viral rebound in PTCs. Virologically, PTCs harbor smaller HIV reservoirs and show lower levels of reservoir transcriptional activity compared with posttreatment noncontrollers.
This study aimed to investigate the effect of the deacetylated konjac glucomannan (DKGM), with varying degree of deacetylation (DD), on the physicochemical and structural properties of transglutaminase-induced soy protein isolate (SPI) cold-set gels. Compared with native konjac glucomannan (KGM), DKGM significantly enhanced the gel strength, water-holding capacity, and thermal stability of the composite gels, with DK3 (DKGM with 65.85 % deacetylation) showing the most significant improvement.
