We aimed to investigate the local application methods of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and the effect and safety of PRP scaffolding combined with osteochondral autograft transfer (OAT) in the treatment of full-thickness articular cartilage defects of the femoral condyle. Aims: To investigate the candidate biomarkers and molecular mechanisms involved in the early phase of experimental diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).
