Through collecting the relevant records of "brain" in ancient traditional Chinese medicine literature, the potential structure and function of the "motor system of brain-meridian-muscle region" and "perception system of brain-meridian-cutaneous region" of the human body are analyzed preliminarily. In view of the characteristics of the symptoms of stroke sequela, focusing on the differentiation of disease location and associated with the identification of disease property, the pathogenesis of stroke is determined, "malnutrition of the sea of marrow, dysfunction of meridian muscle region and disharmony of the nutrient and the defensive in the meridian cutaneous region", while, the basic principle of treatment is formulated, "filling up the marrow, replenishing the brain, regulating meridian muscle regions, tonifying and facilitating blood circulation in meridians and collaterals". Based on the above, the acupoints selected in treatment and the techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion are clarified.

High-resolution remotely sensed images pose challenges to traditional semantic segmentation networks, such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Vision Transformers (ViTs). CNN-based methods struggle to handle high-resolution images due to their limited receptive field, while ViT-based methods, despite having a global receptive field, face challenges when processing long sequences. Inspired by the Mamba network, which is based on a state space model (SSM) to efficiently capture global semantic information, we propose a semantic segmentation framework for high-resolution remotely sensed imagery, named Samba.

The aberrant acetylation of mitochondrial proteins is involved in the pathogenesis of multiple diseases including neurodegenerative diseases and cerebral ischemic injury. Previous studies have shown that depletion of mitochondrial NAD+, which is necessary for mitochondrial deacetylase activity, leads to decreased activity of mitochondrial deacetylase and thus causes hyperacetylation of mitochondrial proteins in ischemic brain tissues, which results in altered mitochondrial dynamics. However, it remains largely unknown about how mitochondrial dynamics-related protein Drp1 is acetylated in ischemic neuronal cells and brain tissues.

The issue of polyiodide crossover at an iodine cathode significantly diminishes the efficiency and practicality of aqueous zinc-iodine flow batteries (ZIFBs). To address this challenge, we have introduced a localized high iodine concentration (LHIC) coating layer onto a porous polyolefin membrane, which featured strong chemical adsorption by exploiting adduct chemistry between the iodine species and a series of low-cost oxides, , MgO, CeO, ZrO, TiO, and AlO. Leveraging the LHIC based on the potent iodine adsorption capability, the as-fabricated MgO-LHIC composite membrane effectively mitigates iodine crossover Donnan repulsion and concentration gradient effects.

Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury involves a series of pathophysiological processes that occur when blood supply is restored after cerebral vascular obstruction, leading to neuronal damage. The AMPK/ERK1/2 signaling pathway has been identified as crucial in this process, although the exact mechanisms underlying the induction of ischemia-reperfusion injury remain unclear. In this study, we investigated the involvement of the AMPK/ERK1/2 signaling pathway in neuronal oxidative stress damage following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion by establishing animal and cell models.
