Lithocholic acid (LCA), alpha-naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT), 3,5-diethoxycarbonyl-1,4-dihydrocollidine (DDC), and ethinyl estradiol (EE) are four commonly used chemicals for the construction of acute intrahepatic cholestasis.
