The restoration of the function of p53 in tumors is a therapeutic strategy for the highly frequent mutation of the TP53 tumor suppressor gene. P460 is a wild-type peptide derived from the p53 C-terminus and has been proven to be capable of restoring the tumor suppressor function of p53. The poor accumulation of drugs in tumors is a serious hindrance to tumor treatment.

Unlabelled: The evolution of a two-chambered heart, with an atrium and a ventricle, has improved heart function in both deuterostomes (vertebrates) and some protostomes (invertebrates). Although studies have examined the unique structure and function of these two chambers, molecular comparisons are few and limited to vertebrates. Here, we focus on the two-chambered protostome heart of the mollusks, offering data that may provide a better understanding of heart evolution.

The objective of this research were to detect bovine Dickkopf 2 (DKK2) gene polymorphism and analyze their associations with body measurement traits (BMT) and meat quality traits (MQT) of animals. Blood samples were taken from a total of 541 Qinchuan cattle aged from 18 to 24 months. Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) was employed to find out DKK2 single-polymorphism nucleotide (SNPs) and to explore their possible association with BMT and MQT.
