[Pulmonary Bulla and Bilateral Diffusely-distributed Nodules: Report of One Case and Literature Review].

Lung cancer is mostly characterized by a pulmonary solid mass on CT. In rare cases,patients do not have these typical manifestation but present with diffusely-distributed small nodules and pulmonary bullae,which can easily be misdiagnosed. A special case of lung adenocarcinoma was managed in our hospital from September 24th to December 19th in 2016.

Preservation or Ligation of Splenic Vessels During Spleen-Preserving Distal Pancreatectomy: A Meta-Analysis.

Spleen preservation distal pancreatectomy (SPDP) can be achieved by either splenic vessel preservation distal pancreatectomy (SVP-DP) or Warshaw technique (WT). Although studies comparing SVP-DP with WT have been reported, controversies exist. The aim of our study is to assess and compare the safety and feasibility of SVP-DP and WT.

Asthma and Obstructive Sleep Apnea.

Objective: To get a comprehensive understanding about the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and asthma by reviewing the epidemiology, pathophysiology, and clinical manifestation and then summarizing the latest progress on diagnosis and treatment.

Data Sources: Articles referred in this review were mainly collected from a comprehensive search of the PubMed published in English from 1990 to 2015 with the terms "OSA" and "asthma" as the main keywords. Highly regarded older publications were also included.
