Three New Ionone Glycosides from Maxim.

Six ionone glycosides (- and -), including three new ones, named capitsesqsides A-C (-), together with an eudesmane sesquiterpenoid glycoside () and three known triterpenoid saponins (-) were isolated from . The structures of these compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic techniques (MS, UV, 1D-NMR, and 2D-NMR) and comparison with data reported in the literature. The absolute configurations were determined by comparison of the experimental and theoretically calculated ECD curves and LC-MS analyses after acid hydrolysis and derivatization.

[Activation of NOD2 signalling pathway stimulates the function of human dendritic cells loaded with leukemia cell lysates].

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of NOD2 signalling pathway activated by muramyl dipeptide (MDP) on the immunomodulation effect of human monocyte-derived dendritic cells (DC) loaded with leukemia cell lysates. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNC) were isolated by density gradient centrifugation, These cells were cultured with three cytokines for 7 days to induce their maturation. On the 5th day, cells were loaded with leukemia cell HL-60 lysates.

[Effect of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide on PBMCs proliferation and cytokine expression in vitro].

Objective: To investigate the proliferation and cytokine expression of Auricularia auricula polysaccharide (AAP) on peripheral blood monnuclear cells (PBMCs) in vitro.

Methods: AAP was obtained by water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and purified by DEAE-cellulose chromatogram. PBMCs were treated with AAP at different levels.
