Breast cancer (BRCA) is a common malignant tumor, and its immune microenvironment plays a crucial role in disease progression. In this research, we utilized single-cell RNA sequencing and bulk RNA sequencing technologies, combined with in vivo and in vitro experiments, to thoroughly investigate the immunological functions and mechanisms of FOLR2+ macrophages in BRCA. Our findings demonstrate a significant enhancement in the interaction between FOLR2+ macrophages and CD8 T cells within the tumor tissues of BRCA patients.

Breast cancer (BC) is a common malignancy that affects women worldwide. Although transducing beta-like 2 (TBL2), a member of the WD40 repeat protein family, has been implicated in various intracellular signaling pathways, its precise function in BC remains unclear. The expression of TBL2 is analyzed using real-time PCR, western blotting, and immunohistochemistry in BC patient specimens.

Objective: The primary objective of this investigation is to delve into the involvement of the long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) SPACA6P-AS in breast cancer (BC) development, focusing on its expression pattern, association with clinical-pathological features, impact on prognosis, as well as its molecular and immunological implications.

Methods: Bioinformatics analysis was conducted utilizing RNA sequencing data of 1083 BC patients from the TCGA database. Functional exploration of SPACA6P-AS was carried out through the construction of survival curves, GO and KEGG enrichment analysis, and single-sample gene set enrichment analysis (ssGSEA).

Background: Breast cancer is a major global health concern, and there is a continuous search for novel biomarkers to predict its prognosis. The mitochondrial protein NDUFAF6, previously studied in liver cancer, is now being investigated for its role in breast cancer. This study aims to explore the expression and functional significance of NDUFAF6 in breast cancer using various databases and experimental models.

Aims: This study aims to explore the function and mechanism of G Protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member A (GPRC5A) in docetaxel-resistance and liver metastasis of breast cancer.

Methods: Single-cell RNA transcriptomic analysis and bioinformatic analysis are used to screen relevant genes in breast cancer metastatic hepatic specimens. MeRIP, dual-luciferase analysis and bioinformation were used to detect m6A modulation.

Background: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) represent a subset of non-coding RNAs implicated in the regulation of diverse biological processes, including tumorigenesis. However, the expression and functional implications of circ0060467 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remain elusive. In this study, we aimed to elucidate the role of circ0060467 in modulating the progression of HCC.

Breast cancer is the most common type of malignancy among women. Due to the iron-dependent character of breast cancer cells, they are more sensitive to ferroptosis compared to normal cells. It is possible to reverse tumor resistance by inducing ferroptosis in breast cancer cells, thereby improving tumor treatment outcomes.

Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most prevalent malignancies in the digestive system across the world. The function and mechanism of PDLIM1, a cancer-suppressing gene, in gastric cancer progression remain unclear. This study is aimed at investigating the expression features and function of PDLIM1 in GC.

Osteosarcoma is a highly malignant solid tumor with poor prognosis, early metastasis, and rapid progression and has a high mortality rate, in which better therapeutic strategies are needed. Circ0038632, also known as circPLK1, is a tumor promotor in multiple cancers. However, its biological functions and molecular regulatory mechanisms in osteosarcoma remain unclear.

Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the leading causes of death in the world. Rhubarb, a traditional Chinese medicine, has been widely used in the treatment of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. This study aimed to investigate the possible mechanism of the rhubarb herb in the treatment of NSCLC by means of network pharmacology and molecular docking and to provide a theoretical basis for experiments and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine for treating lung cancer.

Gastric cancer (GC) is still a vital malignant cancer across the world with unsatisfactory prognostic results. Matrilin-3 (MATN3) is a member of the extracellular matrix (ECM) protein family. The present research intends to explore the expression level of MATN3 in patients with GC and to explore the prognosis significance of MATN3.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the curative effect and safety of hyperfractionated accelerated radiotherapy (HART) and conventional fractionated radiotherapy (CFRT) combined with EP chemotherapy regimen in the treatment of limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC).

Methods: A total of 148 patients with LS-SCLC were retrospectively analyzed. 74 cases underwent HART combined with EP chemotherapy regimen (HART group), while the remaining 74 cases underwent CFRT combined with EP chemotherapy regimen (Control group).

Background: The function of MALAT1, a long non-coding RNAs (lncRNA), in HER2- positive breast cancer remains largely unexplored.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the effect of MALAT1 on tumor development in HER2-positive breast cancer.

Methods: We detected MALAT1 expression in HER2-positive breast cancer cells and tissues, and analyzed the effects of MALAT1 on cell proliferation in HER2-positive breast cancer cells lines (BT-474 and SKBR3).

The present study aimed to investigate the effect of the long noncoding RNA cancer susceptibility candidate 9 (CASC9) on doxorubicin (DOX)‑resistant breast cancer and to reveal the potential underlying mechanisms. The expression of CASC9 in breast cancer tissues and cell lines, in addition to drug‑resistant breast cancer cells (MCF‑7/DOX), was detected by reverse transcription‑quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Subsequently, MCF‑7/DOX cells were transfected with the silencing vector pS‑CASC9, containing enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), multidrug resistance protein 1 (MDR1) or control small interfering (si)RNAs.
