Background: Chronic sleep deprivation is widespread and associated with detrimental health outcomes, including inflammation. A common strategy to address weekday sleep deficits is weekend catch-up sleep (WCS). However, the relevance of the WCS on systemic inflammation, as quantified by the systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), remains inadequately understood.

Methods: A comprehensive systematic search was performed in EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed database, covering studies up to March 2024. Relevant randomized controlled trials (RCT) included adults with DKD who were treated with SGLT-2i and RAASi or their combination, with a minimum follow-up duration of 12 weeks.
: Despite considerable literature supporting the benefit of dietary interventions in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and overweight/obesity, which diet works best is currently unknown. We conducted a systematic review and network meta-analysis (NMA) to evaluate the comparative effectiveness of different dietary approaches in overweight or obese adults with T2DM. : We searched EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL) and PubMed up till July 2023 for controlled studies using different dietary approaches.

Loureirin B (LrB) can effectively improve insulin resistance and alleviate chronic inflammation, and in order to investigate the therapeutic effect of LrB on polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance (PCOS-IR), we conducted animal experiments. A PCOS-IR rat model was established by feeding a high-fat diet combined with letrozole (1 mg/kg·d for 21 days).

Excessive complications are closely related to the prognosis of RA patients and even lead to increased mortality. This article summarizes the serious complications of RA, focusing on its incidence, pathogenesis, clinical features, and treatment methods, aiming to provide a reference for clinicians to better manage the complications of RA.

Methods: The expression profiles of SLE and OP gene chips were searched through the GEO database, and the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were screened out to obtain the intersection. Then, the Funrich software was used to predict the upstream miRNAs of the intersection genes, and the miRNA-mRNA relationship network was constructed.

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin on the curative effect of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) patients through a systematic evaluation method.
Methods: Databases such as PubMed, Cochrane Library database, Web of Science, CNKI, China Biological Medical Literature Database (CBM), VIP, Wanfang database were searched to retrieve randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on low molecular weight heparin and conventional treatment on the efficacy and prognosis of patients with acute lung injury (ALI)/ARDS from the establishment of the database to September 2020. The conventional treatment group was given conventional treatment, and the low molecular heparin group was given low molecular heparin based on conventional treatment.
Background: Endometriosis (EMT) is one of the common diseases of women of childbearing age. EMT destroys the anatomical structure of the pelvis, which leads to abnormal ovulation and endocrine abnormalities. It also affects embryo implantation and makes patients infertile.

The western medication can improve syndromes to some extent; however, severe adverse drug reactions appear at the same time. Recently, it is confirmed that Chinese medicine also can have an excellent clinical efficacy on SLE.

Currently, Western medicine treats it with disease-modifying antireheumatic drugs, NSAIDs, glucocorticoid, biological agents, etc, which can induce adverse drug reactions. And now, as an important mean of treating RA, Zhuang medicine has been widely used in clinics, and has achieved significant efficacy.
