[Detecting significance of HBV-LP in the HBeAg negative patients with chronic hepatitis B].

Objective: To explore the clinical significance of hepatitis B virus large envelope protein (HBV-LP) in diagnosing viral replication, we detected the HBV-LP and HBV DNA in the serum of the patients infected with HBV.

Methods: Serum HBV DNA was detected by fluorescent quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR). HBV-LP was analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
