In recent years, microplastics (MPs), a new type of pollutant, have been widely dispersed in aquatic ecosystems. Compared with typical MPs (PVC, PP, PE, and PS), tire wear particles (TWP) exhibit significant differences in composition, additives, and characteristics. In this study, the adsorption and desorption of organic pollutants were compared between the typical MPs and TWP.
