We theoretically investigate the impact of nonlinear dispersion of crystals and multilayers used in Laue-type pulse compressors (LPCs) on chirped x-ray pulse compression, as well as the optimization method for the configuration of LPCs. We also study the application of LPCs to compress chirped x-ray free-electron laser pulses based on the parameters of LCLS-II-HE. The results show that the optimal thickness is half of the Pendellosung period, yielding the best compressor performance with minimal impact from the nonlinear dispersion.

Methods: A systematic search was conducted across multiple databases, including for English-language papers published up to September 2023 comparing the effect of MPA on ApoA-I, Apo-AII, and Lp(a) levels with those of a control group. A meta-analysis was conducted using a random-effects model, reporting the results as the weighted mean difference (WMD) with a 95 % confidence interval (CI).

Within the framework of the thermal evolution history of subducting slabs, the relationships between subduction zone seismicity characterized by both regular megathrust earthquakes and slow slip events of various magnitudes and long-term slab dehydration-decarbonation evolution in the Philippines remain poorly understood. Domain adaptation aims to reduce the model degradation on the target domain caused by the domain shift between the source and target domains. Although encouraging performance has been achieved by combining contrastive learning with the self-training paradigm, they suffer from ambiguous scenarios caused by scale, illumination, or overlapping when deploying deterministic embedding.
