Eye tracking technology, essential for enhancing user experience in virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) devices, has been widely incorporated into advanced head-mounted devices like the Apple Vision Pro and PICO 4 Pro, becoming a standard feature. However, dedicated eye tracking datasets for such devices are severely lacking, with existing datasets commonly facing issues like camera skew and low resolution, particularly failing to adequately consider the diversity in wearing postures. To address this gap, we have developed the Posture-Variant Eye Tracking Dataset (PVEye), which includes 11,044,800 high-resolution near-eye images from 104 participants, showcasing a rich variety of wearing postures.

The introns of the gene encoding the long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) GAS5 host up to 10 C/D box small nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs). However, whether there is a regulatory and functional relationship between these snoRNAs and GAS5 is unknown. Here, we show that the expression of SNORD80, but not the other snoRNAs, parallels GAS5 expression and is regulated alongside GAS5 in response to cellular stress.

Based on item-method directed forgetting (DF) task, 60 participants were recruited to explore the influence of emotion (negative, neutral, and positive) on memory encoding processing, with all data referring to the encoding phase of the task. Behavioral results showed that participants were more successful at remembering negative pictures that needed to be forgotten, with both higher recognition rates and discrimination accuracy (Pr) compared with neutral pictures. In the brain, parietal activities reflected preferential processing during negative picture viewing through enhanced late parietal positive potentials (LPP) relative to neutral ones.

We have previously found that the DAPK-DDX20 signaling axis exerts an anti-cancer activity in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by inhibiting the GTPase activity of CDC42, thereby reducing the invasive and migratory capabilities of cancer cells without affecting cell proliferation. DDX20 serves as an intermediate protein regulated by DAPK in the control of CDC42. Specifically, DAPK enhances DDX20 protein levels by suppressing DDX20 degradation.
