This paper studies the consensus problem for a class of unknown heterogeneous nonlinear multi-agent systems via a network with random packet dropouts. Based on the dynamic linearization technique, novel model-free adaptive consensus protocols with the data compensation mechanism are designed for both leaderless and leader-following cases. The advantage of this approach is that only neighborhood input and output data of the agents are required in the protocol design.

Tissue engineering is theoretically considered a promising approach for repairing osteochondral defects. Nevertheless, the insufficient osseous support and integration of the cartilage layer and the subchondral bone frequently lead to the failure of osteochondral repair. This article presents an innovative enhanced model-free adaptive iterative learning control approach suited for autonomous bus trajectory tracking systems that may experience measurement disruptions and random data dropouts. Data loss can occur independently and randomly at different times and in different iterations with varying probabilities, leading to successive data dropouts on both the time and iteration axes. The proposed enhanced model-free adaptive iterative learning control controller incorporates a data compensation mechanism to compensate for missing data, ensuring excellent control performance.

To study the effects of continuous epidural injection of dexamethasone on blood glucose, blood lipids, plasma cortisol, and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) in patients with neuropathic pain. Thirty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, lumbar disc herniation, herpes pain or postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into three groups and were treated with different doses of epidural injection of dexamethasone (Group S with a concentration of 25 μg/mL; Group M with a concentration of 50 μg/mL; Group L with a concentration of 100 μg/mL).
