Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a severe, often drug-induced mucocutaneous reaction characterized by widespread epidermal necrosis and detachment. Ocular involvement is common and can lead to significant morbidity if not addressed promptly. This case report presents a 10-year-old female with fever, rash, and severe ocular symptoms.
