Objective: The aim of our study was to evaluate the individual contribution of parity when incorporated as another parameter into the four risk of malignancy indices (RMI 1-4) to differentiate noninvasive benign lesions from invasive malignant ovarian lesions.

The aim of this study was to compare decorin (DCN) levels between pregnancies complicated by idiopathic fetal growth restriction (FGR) and uncomplicated pregnancies and to determine the relationship between DCN levels and clinical parameters. Material And Methods: One hundred and nine patients, who were admitted to the 3rd Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient Clinic in Goztepe Training and Research Hospital between 2006 and 2008, were included into the study The study group consisted of fifty-seven patients with a history of 3 miscarriages before 20 weeks of gestation and the control group consisted of forty-seven patients with at least one live birth without any history of miscarriage or pregnancy complications.
