[Prostate cancer in a young adult : a case report].

We report a case of prostate cancer in a 41-year-old male. The patient initially visited another institution with a chief complaint of left breech pain. He was referred to our hospital for further investigation.

A 82-year-old man was referred to our hospital with a chief complaint of macrohematuria and pollakisuria. Cystoscopy showed an abnormal mucosa on the right wall. We suspected carcinoma in situ but two months after cystoscopy showed a non-papillary and sessile tumor with calcification.
