[Three cases of advanced breast cancer successfully treated with a weekly dose of paclitaxel].

We report three cases with advanced breast cancer were treated with a weekly dose of paclitaxel (TXL). Case 1: A 52-year-old female, diagnosed as having bilateral breast cancer with metastatis to right lung (S9) and sternum. A TXL weekly regimen was started (80 mg/m2 with the administration of the drug for three weeks followed by one week rest as one course).
