A 66-year-old man with hypertension presented with fever which has started three days prior. Computed tomography (CT) revealed the presence of multiple low-density areas in the liver, the largest of which was over 10 cm in diameter, with clear demarcation. was detected in the blood culture, thus we diagnosed suspected liver abscess with bacteremia.

We herein report a case of cecum cancer with synchronous adrenal solitary metastasis. A 62-year-old woman who had been treated for other disease complained of weight loss. Lower endoscopy revealed cecum cancer, and computed tomography( CT)demonstrated a solitary left adrenal tumor; thus, she was diagnosed with a metastatic tumor.
