We report a rare case of nonmucinous pulmonary micropapillary adenocarcinoma mimicking pulmonary tuberculosis. A 68-year-old woman was hospitalized with hemoptysis. Her computed tomography revealed cavities and tree-in-bud appearance similar to the extensive form of pulmonary tuberculosis.
