Background: Reflection fosters self-regulated learning by enabling learners to critically evaluate their performance, identify gaps, and make plans to improve. Feedback, in turn, provides external insights that complement reflection, helping learners recognize their strengths and weaknesses, adjust their learning strategies, and enhance clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. However, reflection alone may not produce the desirable effects unless coupled with feedback.

A portable surface plasmon resonance (SPR) measurement prototype integrated with a multiple protein-patterned SPR biochip is introduced for label-free and selective detection of human immunoglobulin-G (H-IgG). The polyclonal anti-H-IgG antibodies derived from goat, rabbit, and mouse were immobilized through polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microchannels to fabricate the patterned SPR biochip. Recurrent neurotoxity in Naja kaouthia envenomation: A case report from Assam, India.

A 35 year old, male patient, bitten by Naja kaouthia with mild pain was admitted in Demow Government Community Health Centre. After 90 min post bite he developed neurotoxic symptoms. As per standard protocol, the patient was treated with 25 vials of antivenom and two doses of glycopyrrolate and neostigmine.
