Materials And Methods: A retrospective chart review was conducted on 504 consecutive patients with second opinion breast radiology interpretations performed by 6 sub-specialized breast radiologists at a dedicated cancer center from January 1, 2014 through September 1, 2014.
Angiomatosis of the breast is an extremely rare, benign vascular lesion. This is a diagnostic challenge, given the limited number of cases reported in the literature. Additionally, due to similar features of the more common malignant vascular tumor, angiosarcoma familiarity with angiomatosis in the differential diagnosis is important.
