The purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating role of "organizational citizenship behavior toward the environment" (OCBE) on the relation between "green supply chain management" (GSCM) practices and sustainable performance. The participants of the current study were manufacturing firms, and non-probability convenience sampling technique was used for selecting the sample size.
