[A case of auricular malignant melanoma].

We performed auricular excision, total parathyroidectomy, and extended radical neck dissection in a 36-year-old male patient who developed auricular malignant melanoma. Reconstruction of the surgical defect was made with a split-thickness skin graft. The patient received radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery.
