A lecture on the pathogenesis and treatment of cardiorenal syndrome, which is a combination of various variants of renal and heart failure, is presented in the article. Currently, there are five types of this syndrome. All of them are discussed in detail from the view of relevance for urological practice.

In case of immunodeficiency of any etiology, one-stage non-severe kidney injury is less dangerous compared to infectious and inflammatory complications, which naturally have more severe course compared to in those with intact immune system. Based on these considerations, the patient underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy, which allowed to remove the stone of 2.

Compound is isotypic to the already known {ReTe}(TeBr)Br, while and exhibit a new type of binding of tetrahedral clusters via μ-Br bridges. Compounds were characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, X-ray powder diffraction, and thermal and elemental analyses.

The complexes were crystallized as cesium salts of the compositions Cs[{Re(μ-Br)}(N)]·HO () and Cs[{Re(μ-I)}(N)]·HO () and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction and elemental analyses, mass spectrometry, N NMR spectroscopy, and DFT calculations. In the anions, each rhenium atom is coordinated by three azide ligands.

Materials And Methods: A total of 270 patients were treated in the Department of the urology No. 1 of the "Main Military Clinical Hospital named after N.
The interaction of rhenium(III) halides ReBr and ReI with aqueous solution of sodium cyanide resulted in the formation of the first trinuclear halide-cyanide rhenium cluster complexes [{ReX}(CN)]/[{ReX}(CN)] (X = Br or I) crystallized as salts of the compositions CsNa[{ReBr}(CN)]·5.25HO (), CsNa[{ReI}(CN)]·6HO (), Cs[{ReBr}(CN)]·2HO·0.5CsCl (), and Cs[{ReI}(CN)]·().

The crystal and electronic structures as well as spectroscopic properties of the anions were investigated. It was found that the new compounds exhibit red luminescence upon excitation by UV light in the solid state and solutions, as other cluster complexes based on {MoI} and {WI} cores do.

It combines several diseases: idiopathic pulmonary hypertension, inherited pulmonary hypertension, PAH induced by medication and toxins, PAH associated with systemic diseases of connective tissue, HIV infection, portal hypertension, congenital heart defects, schistosomiasis. In the absence of treatment, PAH quickly leads to insufficiency of the right heart and premature death.

The aim of our work was to conduct a comparative study of biochemical parameters of blood and urine as well as chemical composition of urinary stones in urolithiasis patients in the general population and in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2.
Materials And Methods: The work was divided into 2 stages.
Aim: To study the effects of oral hypoglycemic agents that can affect the probability of recurrence of nephrolithiasis.
Materials And Methods: The article is based on the results of examination and treatment of 315 patients suffering from recurrent nephroli-thiasis and medically compensated type 2 diabetes mellitus treated at the N.A.
Tungsten trioxide has been found to be a convenient precursor for the synthesis of metal cluster compounds with new types of cluster cores. The reaction between WO3 and KCN led to the formation of the cluster complex [{W6(μ4-O)2(μ3-CCN)4}(CN)16]10-. Unexpectedly, it includes the fully deprotonated form of acetonitrile, the CCN3- anion, as a μ3-bridging ligand coordinated to the trigonal faces of the bitetrahedral W6 metallocluster.

Special attention is devoted to antibacterial prophylaxis in co-morbid patients, in particular those with chronic renal insufficiency, chronic liver disorder, decompensated diabetes mellitus, and allergy to beta-lactam antibiotics. All proposed schemes are optimized with respect to three criteria: clinical effectiveness, economic feasibility, and epidemiologic safety (stopping the selection of poly-resistant microbial families).
