Newborns from mothers with immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) have a risk of thrombocytopenia due to passage of maternal antiplatelet antibodies into fetal/neonatal circulation. We looked for predictors of neonatal thrombocytopenia (nTP) in pregnant women with ITP.
