RNA plays an extensive role in a multi-dimensional regulatory system, and its biomedical relationships are scattered across numerous biological studies. However, text mining works dedicated to the extraction of RNA biomedical relations remain limited. In this study, we established a comprehensive and reliable corpus of RNA biomedical relations, recruiting over 30,000 sentences manually curated from more than 15,000 biomedical literature.

In this study, single-cell RNA sequencing was performed on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from three volunteers with a high immune response (HR) and three with no immune response (NR) to the hepatitis B vaccine. We found that the antigen-presenting activity scores of various antigen-presenting cells, the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway activity scores of naive B cells, and the cell activity scores of three types of effector T cells were significantly decreased, whereas the cytotoxicity scores of CD3CD16KLRG1 natural killer T (NKT) cells were significantly increased in the NR group compared with those in the HR group.

The characterization showed that TiO/g-CN extended absorption light range and enhanced generation efficiency of photo-induced electron. Under the simulated solar irradiation, the photodegradation rate of bisphenol A (BPA) by TiO/g-CN was twice as fast as that of g-CN.
