Objective: To investigate the effect of Brucea javanica Oil combined with chemotherapy on serum cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1), immune mechanism, and prognosis in patients with lung cancer and provide a reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
Methods: This study involved 112 lung cancer patients from June 2019 to January 2022 at Shanghai Guanghua Hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups: control (chemotherapy only) and observation (chemotherapy + Brucea javanica oil emulsion).
Background: Neuroinflammation is closely related to the development of Parkinson's disease (PD). Because of the extensive sources, non-invasive and periodical collection method, human menstrual blood-derived endometrial stem cells (MenSCs) have been explored as a promising tool for treatment of PD. This study aimed to investigate if MenSCs could inhibit neuroinflammation in PD rats by regulating M1/M2 polarization and to excavate the underlying mechanisms.

Methods: Retrospective observational data of 120 patients were obtained, 60 of which received combined therapy of DSS-splenic tonics and regorafenib. Adverse event, overall survival (OS), and time-to-progress (TTP) were analyzed.
Pancreatic cancer is recognized as the king of carcinoma, and the gap between basic research and clinical practice is difficult to improve the treatment effect. Translational medicine builds an important bridge between pancreatic cancer basic research and clinical practice from the pathogenesis, early diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma, drug screening, treatment strategies and metastasis prediction. This article will carry on the concrete elaboration to the above several aspects.
