Background: The evaluation of HPV vaccine effectiveness is essential for informing public health strategies, yet there remains a gap in understanding humoral immune responses generated by different HPV vaccine formulations in regional populations. This study addresses this gap by evaluating the immunogenicity of the newly developed HPV vaccine Cecolin (Wantai), alongside various imported vaccines, including bivalent, quadrivalent, and nonavalent options available in China.

Combined non-destructive evaluation methods for fused silica's damage precursors including UV photothermal weak absorption, ultrafast fluorescence, steady-state fluorescence, Raman spectroscopy, and stress distribution, are proposed to explain the damage mechanism from multiple perspectives. The correlation between each non-destructive characterization method and damage behaviors is simultaneously verified, in general, the damage threshold test of R on 1. The results have shown that regions with high photothermal absorption are accompanied by low damage thresholds, because the photothermal conversion process is associated with laser-induced damage.

We have previously found that the DAPK-DDX20 signaling axis exerts an anti-cancer activity in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) by inhibiting the GTPase activity of CDC42, thereby reducing the invasive and migratory capabilities of cancer cells without affecting cell proliferation. DDX20 serves as an intermediate protein regulated by DAPK in the control of CDC42. Specifically, DAPK enhances DDX20 protein levels by suppressing DDX20 degradation.
