The levels of oxidative stress and proinflammatory factors in perimenopausal females increased, and they were also deeply troubled by insomnia. The occurrence of insomnia is related to the changes of oxidative stress and inflammation levels in the body. Perimenopausal insomnia may be related to mild systemic inflammation, and oxidative stress can promote chronic inflammation.
