Background: The aims of our research were as follows: First, to estimate the prevalence of female sexual dysfunction in early, middle, late stages of pregnancy, and postpartum 6 months after delivery. Second, to discuss relevant factors associated with female sexual dysfunction among women in 6 months after delivery in Nanjing, Yangzhou and Huaian Main, China.
Methods: Our multicenter longitudinal study was carried out from September 2017 to March 2019, with participants recruited from Southeast China: Nanjing, Yangzhou and Huaian.
Objective: The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) in breast cancer patients.
Methods: A systematic search of Cochrane Library, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, PsycINFO database, Web of science, Medline, EMBASE, CNKI, and CBM database was carried out from February to May 2018, with no language restrictions. Trials examining the effects of MBSR versus control group on symptom variables and health-related quality of life were included.
Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of down-titration (dose reduction/tapering) strategies compared with continuation of biological disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who achieved and maintained low disease activity or remission.
Methods: We searched the following electronic database up to March 2016: MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), and conference proceedings of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and European League against Rheumatism (EULAR). Our meta-analysis included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of RA patients with low disease activity or in remission that compared down-titration treatment with continuation treatment.

The angiotensin converting enzyme 2-angiotensin-(1-7)-Mas axis (ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas axis) has been reported to participate in lipid metabolic regulation but its mechanism remains unclear. We hypothesized Ang-(1-7) would reduce lipid uptake in human mesangial cells (HMCs) by regulating the low density lipoprotein receptor-sterol regulatory element binding proteins 2-SREBP cleavage activating protein (LDLr-SREBP2-SCAP) negative feedback system, and improve glomerulosclerosis by regulating the transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1).
